Our Procedures for COVID-19 Alert Level 4

Kia ora Pet Parents, 

As you are aware the Government decided that New Zealand stay in Level 4 because of COVID-19 cases in the Community.

We are closed for Pickup and Drop-Off for the time we are in Levels 4.

When you have a pet with us at this time, your booking automatically extends until we are can offer Pickup & Drop-off again. We will continue to do everything so that the last thing you should worry about is the wellbeing of your furry family member.

We continue to work hard so that your pet has a great time with us and that includes that we take all measurements that our customers and the staff of Marys PetVilla stay healthy. We will closely monitor the development and the recommendations by the Ministry of Health and MPI and may take additional measures if required.

We can only offer drop-off for Emergency Boarding of pets from essential Workers and in cases where no alternatives are available under the MPI Guidelines as registered Business for COVID-19 Safe Practices. Please contact us, when you have further questions

If you need to cancel or change any of your future bookings or has any question, in relation to the Level Change, please let us know.
